This Digital Product License explains the rights granted to customers when purchasing Kidovatek digital products. A purchase provides access to the product under the license terms described below; it does not transfer ownership of Kidovatek's underlying intellectual property or copyright.
What Customers Are Purchasing
When you purchase a Kidovatek digital product, you are purchasing the right to access and use the specific digital product identified on the applicable product page.
Products may include e-books, worksheets, planners, templates, activities, educational resources, downloadable files, mini web apps, and other digital materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product's copyright, design, software, content, or other intellectual property.
Personal-Use License
Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, Kidovatek grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for personal use.
This license is intended for the individual purchaser and does not give the purchaser ownership of the underlying digital content.

Permitted Use
Subject to the applicable product terms, customers may:
- Access and use the purchased product for its intended purpose.
- Download the product where download functionality is provided.
- Use purchased educational resources for personal learning or educational activities.
- Print permitted printable materials for personal use where applicable.
- Use a purchased mini web app through the access method provided by Kidovatek.

Download/Access Rights
Where a product includes downloadable files, the purchaser may download and retain the files for the permitted use described by the applicable product license.
Where a product is accessed online, access is provided through the method specified by Kidovatek and may depend on continued technical availability.
Download or access rights do not include the right to publish, distribute, resell, or share the product with unauthorized users.
Number of Users/Devices
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchased product is intended for use by the individual purchaser.
The purchaser may access the product on their compatible personal devices as reasonably necessary for permitted use, provided that access is not shared with unauthorized users.
If a product includes a specific user or device limit, the limit stated on the relevant product page will apply.
Mini Web App Usage Rights
If a purchase includes access to a Kidovatek mini web app, the purchaser receives the right to use that application according to the product's intended purpose and applicable access terms.
Mini web app access may require an internet connection, compatible browser, account, or other technical requirements.
Users may not copy, extract, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application or its underlying content unless expressly authorized by Kidovatek.

Restrictions
The following activities are not permitted unless Kidovatek provides prior written authorization:
- Reselling or redistributing purchased products.
- Sharing private or paid access with unauthorized users.
- Copying substantial portions of the product for unauthorized use.
- Modifying products for resale or redistribution.
- Removing copyright, licensing, or ownership notices.
- Using products to create competing commercial products or services.
- Bypassing technical restrictions or security measures.
No Resale
Purchased Kidovatek digital products may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred for payment, or offered as part of another product or service without prior written permission.
Purchasing a digital product does not provide the purchaser with resale rights.

No Redistribution
Customers may not redistribute Kidovatek products or files through websites, social media, messaging groups, file-sharing platforms, cloud folders, marketplaces, or other distribution channels without written permission.
This restriction applies even when no money is charged for the redistributed product.
No Unauthorized Sharing
Private download links, account credentials, paid access, and other restricted access information must not be shared with people who did not purchase or receive authorized access to the product.
If multiple-user access is required for a family, classroom, organization, or team, please contact support@kidovatek.com to discuss available licensing options.
No Copying
Customers may not reproduce or copy Kidovatek digital products beyond the limited use reasonably necessary for the permitted purpose of the purchased product.
This includes unauthorized duplication, uploading, scanning, reproducing, or making the product available to others.
No Modification/Reselling
Customers may not modify, adapt, repackage, rebrand, or transform Kidovatek products for the purpose of resale, redistribution, public sharing, or commercial exploitation.
Personal adjustments that are reasonably necessary to use a product for its intended personal purpose may be permitted where they do not create a derivative product for distribution or resale.

Commercial-Use Rules
Standard Kidovatek product purchases do not automatically include commercial-use, resale, redistribution, classroom licensing, organizational licensing, or client-use rights.
Commercial or extended use may require a separate license or written authorization from Kidovatek.
If you would like to use a Kidovatek product commercially, contact support@kidovatek.com before doing so.
License Termination
Kidovatek may terminate or suspend a product license or access where a customer materially violates these license terms, including unauthorized distribution, resale, sharing, or misuse of protected content.
Upon termination, the customer must stop using the product and must not continue to distribute, share, or commercially exploit the product.

Copyright Ownership
Kidovatek and its licensors retain ownership of the copyright, trademarks, designs, graphics, written content, software, illustrations, educational materials, and other intellectual property contained in our products unless expressly stated otherwise.
A purchase grants the applicable license to use the product; it does not transfer copyright ownership or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
